Happy birthday, Jennie. The BLACKPINK member turns 29 today (January 16). To make her day even more special, Jennie’s girl group team sent their heartfelt wishes to the singer.
The sweetest wish came from Rose. She shared a cute photo with Jennie on her Instagram Stories. The two are seen petting a dog.
Rose’s message read: “I’m so grateful, little girl, to have a sister like you to share this whole journey with. I’m so happy to be able to grow and bond with you through the years and to have as an aunt (sister). I love our cute bonding sessions and can’t wait to learn more as we share this crazy life together. But for today, I wish you a very sweet birthday. I love you with all my heart.
Jisoo also wished Jennie a happy birthday by posting a photo collage on her Instagram Stories. Paired in black, they made awkward faces and gestures.
Sharing the snaps, Jisoo wrote, “You have no idea how happy it brings me that you are one of the people I can call my forever. I love you. Happy birthday my jendeukie.”
Jennie gave her fans the best gift for her birthday. She has uploaded numerous photos on Instagram hinting at a new musical project. K-pop fans, are you happy now? Some clicks show the singer in a recording studio. She can be seen playing guitar in a separate entrance. A few previews also offer the filming location.

Last year in August, BLACKPINK celebrated its 8th anniversary. Needless to mention, all the members of the K-pop group – Jennie, Jisso, Rose and Lisa came together for the special occasion. They surprised BLINKS (BLACKPINK’s fan base) by hosting a live event to celebrate this milestone.
