Biden flagged ‘weakness’ at G-20, has no ‘macro sense’ of what’s going on: Gordon Sondland

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade is joined by the former US ambassador. at European Union Gordon Sondland to weigh in on President Biden’s visit to Indonesia for the G-20 ‘One Nation’ summit.
GORDON SONDLAND: Listen, I’m going cut some slack in Biden on the cheat sheet because Obama, Trump, Bush, everyone has a cheat sheet. The real question you need to ask yourself is, what happens when you drop the cheat sheet and you’re on your own? And I’m really concerned that President Biden doesn’t have a big picture of what’s going on, where he is and what he needs to do, which again, ultimately, is really a signal of weakness for the United States.

GORDON SONDLAND: You know, sometimes progress is set when you have another meeting scheduled. The problem with diplomacy is that the discussions are rarely really frank and they don’t really address the fundamental issues. There is too much ceremony, there is too much pomp, and there are too many people involved in the process. It is, I have to say, it is the only thing president trump tried to do was cut through the BS and cut to the chase, and we need to do more of that.
