Bethenny Frankel fiercely defended Lauren Sánchez’s headline-grabbing inauguration outfit.
“Why can’t Lauren Sánchez show a little cleavage at the inauguration?” the former “Real Housewives of New York City” star asked in an Instagram Reel on Wednesday.
After joking that President Donald J. Trump had “seen a boob or two in his day,” the Bravebrity alum, 54, asked, “Who cares?” Who cares? She went to an event. She has breasts.
Frankel said Sánchez, 55, “looked sexy” in her white Alexander McQueen pantsuit and lace cover-up bra.
“We can’t live in a world where we pretend we’re going to let everyone be whatever they want, but then we don’t,” the former reality TV star added. “Wear whatever you want. Do what you want to do.
“Not to mention (her) fiancé is Jeff Bezos,” Frankel continued. “It’s like whoever wins the gold makes the rules. She could wear whatever she wants. She could wear a gorilla costume there if she wanted.
She went on to tell haters to “take off her jock and pacifier” — especially since “Janet Jackson busted a tit at the Super Bowl and we all survived.”
Frankel concluded: “Usher didn’t have a top (during his halftime show).”
The Skinnygirl creator wrote on social media that she’s known Sánchez “for 25 years and she hasn’t changed at all.”
In her caption, Frankel exclaimed, “She wins.”
Sánchez didn’t directly address the public reaction to her ensemble — but she did “like” the supportive comments on Instagram.
“Girl you ate that inaugural look, pay no attention to the haters,” one read. “The only opinion that matters is yours and Jeff’s.”
Sánchez also left a heart emoji in Whitney Cummings’ Tuesday video mocking the outfit.
“I don’t blame him. I blame the white lace,” the 42-year-old comedian joked via Instagram. “She’s the head of Amazon, and it looked like she had that high on Temu.”
Sánchez showed some skin at several events during Trump’s inauguration, including an ethereal orange dress and a strapless black dress.
