“Real Housewives” star Bethenny Frankel and Boston businessman Paul Bernon have called off their engagement after nearly six years of dating, according to reports from multiple media outlets.

Frankel left her fans with questions in recent weeks when she began alternating between wearing her massive engagement ring and appearing without it in photos and videos posted to her Instagram.
