Best things in Walmart for the Mediterranean diet, of a dietitian

I am a dietitian who tries to follow a Mediterranean diet with a lot of healthy fats and lean meats.
I buy part of my Walmart grocery stores and I love frozen bays of the great value of the chain.
Some of my favorite staples to buy from Walmart include raw honey, salmon and pearl olives.

Many of us do not necessarily imagine Walmart when we think we are buying grocery products for the Mediterranean diet.

However, as a dietitian devoted to the way of eating Mediterranean, you can regularly find me buying a chain grocery store.

The Mediterranean diet focuses on healthy foods rich in nutrients, healthy fats, lean meats and vegetables. Fortunately, Walmart has a lot of products at prices that do not cry my wallet – even beyond the product aisle.

Here are some of my favorite things to buy for the Mediterranean diet that I am in Walmart.

Of course, soda is not recommended on the Mediterranean diet – in part because it can be quite sweet.

However, for those like me who love a soft drink from time to time, I take an olipop.
