I go to Disney World all my life and I even worked there for two years, so I love to try all the incredible culinary experiences through the property.
After spending too much money for my gastronomic adventures, I compiled a list of my favorite restaurants at Disney World.
The characters come to each table of Crystal Palace. Kayleigh Prize
Crystal Palace is located right next to Main Street USA in Magic Kingdom, and it has large windows that offer a magnificent view of the Cinderella castle.
Food is an unlimited buffet. I left for breakfast and dinner and appreciated it every time.
During the meal, Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet Go Table to Table to meet guests.
It’s so pure to see everyone meeting their favorite childhood characters. They even invite children to go around the restaurant in a parade.
Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge serves affordable comforting dishes such as stoves, burgers, effiloche pork, loaded nachos and much more.
In addition to incredible food, the servers are absolutely hilarious and will make caquets all the time. I don’t want to give it too much, but if you decide to go, you should certainly ask for a surprise from the ketchup.
The experience was different every time I left, which always makes me want to go back.
Food and drinks at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin ‘are out of this world – especially if you are looking for classic southern style cuisine.
The restaurant serves cookies and sauce, chicken and dumplings, cheese macaroni, potato puree and so many variations in the best fried chicken that I have never had (I am not exaggerating).
There are also several different moon flavors on the menu.
California Grill’s balcony is a great place for photos. Kayleigh Prize
I had the best culinary experience in my life in California Grill.
I went only once because it is very expensive – but the service, the kitchen and the experience are incredible.
The restaurant is on the top floor of the contemporary station and has windows from floor to ceiling that overlook the Seven Seas and Magic Kingdom lagoon.
If you are going to have dinner at the time of the Magic Kingdom fireworks show, you can watch it while you enjoy your meal. You can also go out on the balcony for a better view.
I think each Disney fan should experience a meal here at least once.
I highly recommend noodles in Ohana. Kayleigh Prize
I always want food in Ohana, especially noodles. It is one of the most expensive restaurants on this list, but I am convinced that it is worth it.
The restaurant is located in the Polynesian resort and serves unlimited family style dishes for breakfast and dinner.
There are three dishes at dinner, starting with an aperitif of salad and mixed green bread. The main dish includes chicken wings, pork dumplings and a pan of noodles with beef and shrimp. For dessert, savor the famous bread pudding at the fashionable restaurant.
The Polynesian is my favorite Disney Resort, so I like the environment of Ohana. There are live singers walking by playing ukulele and floor windows on the ceiling that offer a magnificent view of Magic Kingdom.
Science fiction dine-in in Hollywood Studios is different from everything I have ever known.
The guests are sitting in a car in front of a huge screen showing scenes from different black and white science fiction films.
The food is not high -end, but it is a good meal at moderate prices, with menu items such as onion rings, chicken fingers, burgers and pasta. There is also a wide variety of specialized milkshakes.
Brioche French toast from the great Floridian Cafe. Kayleigh Prize
I went to the Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and each time I loved my food.
I recommend the French onion soup, the lobster hamburger, the French omelet and the French toast. And I like free cookies with orange butter that accompany each meal.
It is also a big blow for your money. The restaurant is located inside the Grand Floridian Resort, one of the luxury property stations.
I would say that the restaurant prices are quite affordable given the expensive environment.
You can meet the beast at Be Our Guest. Kayleigh Prize
Growing up, I have always been the biggest fan of “Beauty and the Beast”, so naturally, Disney’s be our guest, is one of my favorite restaurants.
It is another expensive place, so it is preferable to save for special occasions, but it is worth it for me.
The restaurant transports you directly to the film. The main dining room is modeled after the ballroom at the castle of the Beast. There is also a west wing room with the emblematic red pink.
At dinner, you also have the opportunity to meet the beast, which is fun because the character does not often appear otherwise.
Dinner is a fixed three -dishes menu with a selection of aperitifs, starters and desserts. It even serves “the gray stuff” of the film for dessert, which is definitely delicious.
Ale and Compass is located in the Yacht Club Resort, and each time I ate there, I was blown away by the quality of the food.
The French toast in Apple in Salé caramel is by far my favorite breakfast dish on the Disney property. For dinner, I love shrimp pasta, half-noise and Angus steak.
Each meal lets me want to come back to try more. I know that I will never be disappointed with a dish served here.
Garden Grill in Epcot offers a view of driving with terrestrial driving and the character with Mickey, Chip and Dale. It’s always fun because you never know what to expect from these Tamias.
Food is served as a family style and is at will. It is similar to a Thanksgiving party, with turkey, sauce, beef, potato puree, farce, mac and cheese, salad and bay shortcakes.
I love food, and it will stuff you at a decent price.
Teppen Edo, located in the Japanese pavilion in Epcot, serves good food with good food.
The chefs prepare the Japanese inspiration cuisine right in front of you.
You can choose between steak, chicken, seafood and vegan options served with noodles or rice. There are also different sides, including sushi and a range of vegetables.
The food is out of the world, and the chefs entertain you all the time.
Hoop-Dee-Doo is a theater show. Kayleigh Prize
I saved the best for the end. Hoop-Dee-Doo is my favorite culinary experience of all time at Disney World because of its food, its show, its energy and its location.
The Dinner-theater is located in the Fort Wilderness campsite and serves a family-like meal with a family style with three different dishes. My favorite games of the meal are fried chicken, cheese macaroni, strawberry shortcakes and endless sweet tea and blood.
While you eat, there is a musical show that happens all around you which involves a strong participation of the crowds. It’s super entertaining and I am always left to laugh until my stomach hurts.
