Toronto – The right -hander Jose Berrios suspected that the receiver of the sailors of Seattle Cal Raleigh relayed information on his teammates and wanted the punchy veteran to know what he thought of it.
Berrios, a starter on Saturday for the Blue Jays de Toronto, exchanged words angry with Raleigh when he returned to the canoe at the end of the fourth round of the defeat of 8-4, 12 sleeves on Saturday against the navy.
“I do not react very often that way,” said Berrios. “I am a calm and cold guy. But when some people try to fight with us on the ground, I don’t respect that. I don’t like it.”
The two benches were cleared while Berrios and Raleigh turned between the third base and the marble, but the situation was not increased. While the readers of the two teams were from the arenas, the couple of Toronto, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., signaled to his teammates.
Raleigh denied information on the height of relay, but said that he understood the reaction of Berrios.
“I would like my launchers to do the same,” said Raleigh. “If someone thought they were changing, I would like them to say something. How much is. Competitive baseball game. People are in the heart.”
Blue Jays manager John Schneider said that the theft of panels and the recovery field information is “Fair Game”, and also a “game of the game”.
“The teams do it. We understand,” said Schneider. “In the fire of the moment, you get a little light. I didn’t think the benches needed to clean. There was nothing crazy. But I like it when our guys stand for themselves.”
Raleigh returned to the fifth and struck a double of two points on the right field which advanced Seattle 2-1. Raleigh finished 2 for 3 with three goals on bullets, one of them intentional.
In 20 games against the Blue Jays, Raleigh Bat .292 (21 for 72) with 9 circuits and 18 products produced.
