In the news that goes smoother than a daily dunkin ‘iced coffee (extra sugar with a side of Munchkins), very single exes Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were seen together.
The actor was seen being picked up and dropped off at the singer’s Los Angeles mansion on several occasions late last week, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
Apparently, you can’t just get to the singer’s home, so instead Affleck was transferred from the Bel-Air Hotel to the Lopez Woods Corner, where he is said to have spent several hours.
The “Way Back” star was pictured – wearing a T-shirt bearing the name of his beloved hometown, naturally – with a military-style backpack in tow, as he exited. a white Escalade SUV believed to be owned by Lopez.
And, just in case you thought Affleck was just sharing his way around town, Lopez was seen sitting in the same white SUV sporting aviator sunglasses in other photos from the same day.
“They’ve been spending time together in Los Angeles over the past week,” an anonymous source told People of the dating. “They have a lot of love for each other. They have always admired each other. “
While the stars, previously dubbed Bennifer, were only two years old at the start of the years, their contributions to culture lasted long after their couple’s expiration date (see: The Truly Excellent Movie “Gigli,” Ballad For ages (“Dear Ben,” The “Jenny From the Block” music video seen “around the world,” etc.)
All these years later, the two are on the heels of very public breakups. Affleck split from his pandemic-time girlfriend Ana de Armas in January, while Lopez and Alex Rodriguez called off their engagement after four years together in April.
So naturally the internet pushed for a Bennifer’s reunion in 2021. While neither have commented publicly on the rumors, they haven’t done much to dispel the idea that things might heat up. again.
Last month, Affleck gushed about Lopez’s look in an alluring interview for InStyle, praising the multi-hyphenated artist as “the hardest working person I’ve met in this industry.”
“Where do you keep the fountain of youth?” he wrote. “Why do you look the same as you did in 2003 and look like I’m in my 40s … at best?”
Lopez, laughed at the compliment, writing in response, “Ben is funny! He still looks pretty good too.
And on that note, we’ll just leave you with Busy Philipps’ commentary on this.
