Benjamin Netanyahu: Israel’s military pressure on Hamas working in Gaza – Israel News

The military pressure that Israel applied to Hamas works, said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday at a government meeting.

Netanyahu added that the security firm had decided on Saturday to increase operations against Hamas.

This happens in the middle of operation Israel Force and Sword launched by the FDI earlier in March, who saw the soldiers of renewal of strikes on the Gaza Strip. Later in March, the army said that it had four separate forces operating in each of the main regions of Gaza.

Future of the Gaza Strip

The Prime Minister addressed the Gaza Strip in the future after the War of Israel-Hamas. “Hamas will lay down its weapons, its leaders will be allowed to leave,” said Netanyahu.

“We will ensure the overall security in Gaza and allow the implementation of the Trump plan-voluntary emigration. This is the plan. We are not hiding it and are ready to discuss it at any time,” he added.

Gaza’s mother hostage Matan Zangauker, Einav, commented Netanyahu’s statement. “A Prime Minister who really cared for hostages would have made them all at home a long time ago,” she noted.
