Captain Jason returns to Well done series at the helm of the super yacht as he had already teased in November 2023.

In season three, the crew sets sail for the series’ first ever breathtaking destination: the pristine turquoise waters of the Seychelles, off the coast of Africa. Jason is at the forefront of the Motor Yacht Katina, the franchise’s largest vessel to date. Between conflicting department heads and difficult-to-entertain guests, he must explore new depths to meet this season’s challenges.
Now in the kitchen of his dreams with a sous chef by his side, Chef Tsarina is ready to explore the vibrant flavors of East Africa. However, a weevil infestation and growing tensions with his sous chef threaten to turn his kitchen into chaos. New chef stew Lara excels at keeping its service in tip-top shape, going to great lengths to ensure its customers have an impeccable experience, even if it means climbing four flights of stairs for each service. Amid a series of on-deck mistakes leading to a jet ski accident that ends with a hospital visit, Bosun Wihan faces an uphill battle to keep team morale afloat. The interior runs like a well-oiled machine until a stew’s demand for more responsibility rocks the boat.
An explosive incident that results in a shocking shootout leaves the crew shorthanded while new faces bring a wave of new energy on board. The “love boat” atmosphere overflows as flings, crossover connections, and budding relationships begin to spill into the flow of work.
