“They’re doing cocaine in the room,” the appellant, who claims to be there for a “pickup order”, told the dispatcher, without revealing which people specifically were taking drugs.

Then referring to Margera’s alleged victim, the caller said: “He attacked her, grabbed her breast and she said she thought he tore her implant.”

The unidentified man claimed there were two women in the room with Margera at the time he made the call around 8:36 a.m. local time – an alleged prostitute and a woman he described as alleged ” babysitter ”of Margera, who is a person whose job it is to take care of someone.

The appellant told police that at the time of the 911 call he had not seen Margera “yet”. The so-called “guard” informed him of the allegations, he said.

The appellant described the alleged victim – whose name will not be disclosed out of secrecy – as a white woman in her 50s or early 60s. However, it is not clear from the call which woman the man was referring to.

At one point the dispatcher asked the appellant if the victim needed a paramedic to which the appellant replied, “I don’t know yet. “

When asked if Margera was under the influence, the caller replied: “Absolutely, there is no doubt about it”, again noting the alleged use of cocaine and further stating: “He is really very intoxicated” .

The concerned caller also alleged that there were mental health issues that contributed to the incident, stating: “He has severe psychosis, I believe.”

“He was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, he was diagnosed with bipolar, he has a long history of mental illness,” the man added, saying “he has escaped from three treatment centers in the past two months. “.

“That’s why there are all these people trying to bring him back,” the caller said.

Amid the new allegations, a representative for Margera released a statement to Page Six.

“The first reports of Bam Margera’s arrest were reasonably correct. The 911 call is clearly and totally false. Bam was with her aunt in the hotel room. She is a 65-year-old woman, who is clean and sober, ”said the Margera rep. claims in the statement. “The police escorted Bam to rehab and brought no charges against him, showing that the appellant who made this claim made a false statement to the police.”

The statement continued, “The allegations are likely made by people who have an ax grinding against Bam in his lawsuit against Paramount. There are several million dollars at stake due to the abuse Bam suffered at the hands of Paramount and his supposed friends Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze, Jeff Tremaine and others. We are investigating these false allegations and misrepresentations made in the police report, and plan to take action as we learn more against the perpetrator. this false and defamatory report. “

“When the deputies arrived, they were informed that Mr. Margera had an ex parte order,” a spokesperson for the department told us on September 28. “These are taken by a third party on behalf of the person.”

The transfer to the drug rehabilitation center was not considered an arrest and no criminal charges were laid.

About a week later, Margera told TMZ that police were called after a loved one saw a photo of him holding what appeared to be a drink at a casino in Florida. He also claimed he was serving a two-month rehab because he wanted to work on himself so he could see his son and return to filming.

Margera has spoken openly about her mental health issues in the past.

He revealed in a September 2019 Instagram post that he had been “officially diagnosed with manic bipolar disorder.”

His mother, April Margera, told Entertainment Tonight in August 2019 after his trespassing arrest, “We just want him to get better and go back to rehab. He’s obviously in some sort of psychosis, and he needs help and it’s obvious to everyone that he’s not doing well right now. “

“He hits a wall where he goes into a psychotic collapse and pulls out some sort of wig,” she added. “This is the model that we see and we just have to get over that and it has to conform to whatever they are [medical professionals] saying.”

More recently, Bam has been in public conflict with the producers of “Jackass 4” (including Knoxville, Jonze and Tremaine), whom the stuntman allegedly forced to go to a drug rehab center before shooting the film.

“I went there thinking I was going to do 30 days, but they insisted that I do 90 days,” Bam told TMZ in April, adding that it was “torture.”
