The driver of the white sedan, a man in his forties, was killed, just like a 6 month old baby who was in the car. The two were declared dead on the scene, said Miller.

Two other car passengers with the baby, a 20-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital where they stay in critical condition, he said.

The video of the incident obtained by KTLA showed that the white car would crash into the traffic in the opposite direction before hitting the other car, then upsetting and turning.

Additional videos of the scene examined by the Times showed an important police response that closed Western avenue while the amazed spectators looked at.

Miller said the police have not yet confirmed the information that the white sedan had been stolen.
