AZ man arrested for alleged assault and attempted kidnapping of pregnant woman

Authorities in El Paso, Texas last week arrested a suspect linked to the alleged assault and attempted kidnapping of a pregnant real estate agent in Tucson, Arizona.
Juan Nunley Jr. was arrested on Wednesday and jailed as a fugitive from Arizona in the El Paso County Jail under the alias Donasti Dayantiea, according to court records reported by local Tucson news outlet KOLD News 13.
Nunley allegedly assaulted the pregnant real estate agent with a weapon and attempted to restrain her as she offered a home visit to a potential buyer in Tucson on Oct. 8, police say.
The real estate agent was able to escape and call 911, but she allegedly miscarried three days later due to her injuries, authorities said.
Following their investigation, detectives identified Nunley as a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant.
Authorities had offered a $13,000 reward for information that would lead to Nunley’s arrest.
Nunley has been convicted of crimes and sentenced to prison multiple times in Pima County and Graham County, Arizona, over the past two decades, according to Arizona Department of Corrections records reported by Tucson.com.
The Tucson Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital that Nunley was arrested in El Paso, but was unable to provide further information at press time.
