Attack in New Orleans: a "terrorist act" according to the FBI


Elizabeth Sheppard, lecturer in international relations at the University of Tours, was the guest of France 24 this Wednesday, January 1. She returns to the car-ramming attack in New Orleans, which left at least ten dead and several injured. The FBI said it was treating the attack as a “terrorist act” and confirmed the suspect’s death.
