Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan’s final moments revealed in girlfriend’s frantic 911 call

The distraught girlfriend of late rapper Rich Homie Quan could be heard in the heartbreaking moments after his death during a frenzied protest Call 911.

Amber Williams, who shares two sons with the rapper, said the rapper was not breathing, had no heartbeat and began foaming at the mouth when she turned him over, according to audio obtained by TMZ.

The 34-year-old musician, real name Dequantes Devontay Lamar, had been sleeping on the living room couch since the night before and never came to bed, Williams said.

Thinking he was still asleep from the night before, Williams said she placed a blanket over her boyfriend before taking her son to school.

“I just checked on him again because he hasn’t gotten up. I don’t feel a heartbeat, I don’t see him breathing,” she said.

The dispatcher had trouble hearing her, but once Williams confirmed Lamar wasn’t breathing, she immediately sent paramedics.

The dispatcher then attempts to have Williams perform CPR on Lamar, having him lay him on his back on the ground.

“He’s not waking up!” Williams exclaimed, distraught.

Lamar was pronounced dead at the scene Thursday. He is survived by his girlfriend and four children.

Her family told TMZ they were “broken and heartbroken” by the sudden loss just one month shy of her 35th birthday.

He was scheduled to perform in his hometown in a few weeks at Nick Cannon’s Wild N Out alongside acts like Wacka Flocka and Nardo Wick.

A representative from the Fulton County Mortuary also confirmed the news of his death.

Online rumors of a drug overdose have been fueled by other musicians, but his family has yet to confirm the cause of death.

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday, People reported.
