ATLANTA — Atlanta-based rapper Nelly has been added to the list of artists appearing at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration events.
The 50-year-old rapper is scheduled to perform at Liberty’s inaugural ball Monday night. Country singer Jason Aldean and disco group The Village People are also expected to perform.
There are three official inauguration balls. The inaugural Liberty Ball is intended for supporters of the president-elect.

The Commander in Chief Ball focuses on the military and the Starlight Ball focuses on wealthy donors.
Trump is expected to deliver a speech at all three balls.
