Atalanta vs Liverpool (3-0 aggregate) – Europa League: Live score, team news and latest updates for Atalanta vs Liverpool and West Ham vs Bayer Leverkusen as Jurgen Klopp’s men must produce another miracle European to overturn 3-0 deficit

It’s clear and simple, the Reds have a gigantic mission ahead of them tonight.

When the Reds took to the pitch at Anfield last week to face a sixth-placed side in Serie A, no one could have predicted the events that were about to unfold.

Liverpool hadn’t lost at home for 14 months, but that quickly changed. They weren’t just beaten by Atalanta, they were beaten without being able to launch any counter-punches.

Fast forward three days and the Anfield crowd were left stunned once again when Crystal’s Eberechi Eze dealt a major blow to their title hopes, inflicting a second defeat on the Reds in a week.

Tonight is Liverpool’s opportunity to bounce back. Even if they don’t qualify tonight, a win would do them a world of good for their domestic challenge.

The odds are certainly not in their favor, Atalanta showed their quality last week, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if they made Liverpool suffer again.

But if anyone can overturn this tie, it’s Liverpool.
