Arsenal could be a major boost before the semi-finals in the semi-finals of the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain after the French party confirmed an injury to Ousmane Dembele.
The in shape striker scored the only goal during the first stage at the Emirates, but his participation in Paris is now in doubt after having picked up a problem with the hamstrings.
Dembele was forced during the second half of Tuesday’s confrontation in northern London.
It is emblematic of the transformation of the Luis Enrique team since the start of the year and has recorded 33 goals and 10 assists in all the competitions in this quarter.
Friday, in a medical update, a declaration of the French giants said: “Ousmane Dembele set out his right hamstrings. His condition of progressing well.
“Another evaluation will be carried out shortly.”

Mikel Arteta put doubt about the involvement of two stars of the first team in the return leg of the week
Enrique confirmed that Dembele will not play in the next PSG match against Strasbourg this weekend, the title of the League already confirmed.
The Frenchman gave a fairly optimistic forecast of his state after the victory over the Gunners, insisting that he was “agree” despite a “little something”.
Enrique added: “We will try to recover Dembele on the ground. If Ousmane can play, it’s better, not if he doesn’t, we will always be a real team. We have said that since the start of the season.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are unlikely to have a return Jorginho or Riccardo Calafiori for the return leg to Paris, although the latter should resume the functions of first team next week.
If Arsenal was making the final, they could also welcome the return of Kai Havertz, who needed surgery after undergoing a hamstring injury in the Dubai warm day training camp.
Arteta said: “I think if everything is going on as it goes right now and as it is planned, I think it will have a chance to play a few games in the season.”
