Arizona Supreme Court rules abortion ban from 1864 can be enforced

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a Civil War-era ban on abortion that does not provide exceptions for rape and incest can be enforced. This ban will replace a 15-week abortion ban that was enacted in 2022. Nancy Cordes has the latest.
