Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney sued over sandwich shop

It looks like Ariana Madix’s lawyers aren’t about to take any time off. Tom Sandoval may have reversed course in a recent lawsuit against her, but Madix is ​​still facing legal action — and not just from Rachel Leviss. According to documents obtained by TMZ and PeopleMadix and her Vanderpump Rules Co-star Katie Maloney is being sued over Something About Her, the sandwich shop they opened earlier this year. Former SAH chef Penny Davidi alleges that Madix and Maloney failed to honor a business partnership from June 2023. According to the complaint, Davidi was promised a 10% stake in the partnership as “COO/Culinary Director.” She claims her salary was supposed to be $7,500 per month and increase to $10,000 per month in January 2024, but accuses Madix and Maloney of now denying the terms of the partnership. Essentially, chef Penny seems to be claiming that despite her contributions to the sandwich shop, she hasn’t been paid all the bread she’s owed.
