Arc Raiders Fan Syncs Two Epic Battle Videos

What’s cool about a game like Arc Raiders is that you can indulge in a bit of voyeurism if you’re not ready to do battle with the game’s biggest threats. Staying out of sight and making sure other players are far too busy to notice you is actually a very smart tactic if you’re playing solo. Plus, you can get a front-row seat, with no responsibility, to watch cool firefights that you’re way out of your depth for.

Reddit user SquinkyEXE took this opportunity to spy on a group of six randos who teamed up to take down one of the game’s most menacing threats: a Leaper. These huge spider robots hit hard And they can travel vast distances by simply jumping through the air. They’re terrifying, and are best avoided unless you’re very well equipped. SquinkyEXE shared their video of the encounter on Reddit where, it turns out, someone else shared a field capture of the group’s encounter with the Leaper. At that point, Reddit user Guilanosse put the two videos together and the result is pretty fun to watch in real time:

This is the kind of thing I like about the PvPvE format in a pull shooter. Since people have their own agendas on the map, improbable scenarios like these emerge, creating memorable, unscripted moments that I can’t wait to see more of when the game arrives in full form next week.
