Apple Amazon Prime Day deals on AirPods, MacBooks, iPads and more that are still available today

Prime Day may be over, but there are still a (surprising) number of Apple deals going on right now. Apple doesn’t typically run sales, but we often see deals from Amazon on current-generation Apple devices, many of which will be even better this fall with the software updates Apple announced at WWDC. Those still-available Apple discounts just got even more appealing, with many of them coming in at record lows. While you won’t see discounts on iPhones or HomePod speakers (Amazon would much rather you buy an Echo), you can still score most other Apple gear at deep discounts today. Here are the best Prime Day Apple deals you can still get even after the event ends.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is on sale for $700, down from Apple’s list price of $799. As we said in our Apple Watch buying guide , this is the watch to buy for adventurers or anyone who needs a bigger screen in a more rugged package. It has a 49mm display, cellular and GPS connectivity, and a few features not found on other Apple Watches, like a dive depth counter and a siren.

This sale has dropped the price of the latest AirPods Pro to $170, down from $249 in the catalog. They’ve been regularly hitting $189 over the past few months, and $180 is the lowest price we’ve seen before, so this is a huge discount.

The AirPods Pro are currently recommended for iOS users in our best earbuds guide thanks to their excellent transparency mode, seamless integration with iPhone and Siri, and solid noise cancellation. They’ll soon be getting an update that lets you nod or shake your head to answer Siri’s questions.

The third-generation AirPods are now priced at a record low of $120, down from $169. We gave them an 88 in our review thanks to their improved design and sound. Note that they have an older chip and lack active noise cancellation, but they are water-resistant and more affordable than the Pro model.

The standard iPad wasn’t replaced at Apple’s iPad event in May, so the 10th-generation iPad is still the most current. This sale brings it down to $299, which is a record low. With the launch of the new Pro and Air models, Apple has permanently reduced the list price to $349. We gave it a review score of 85 after its October 2022 launch. It’s also the budget pick in our iPad buying guide.

We called the new iPad Air “the iPad to get” in our review back in May, and it’s the Apple tablet we recommend to most people in our buying guide. Right now, the 11-inch model with 128GB of storage is down to $559 thanks to Amazon’s sale. A $30 discount is the biggest we’ve seen so far. You can get the 13-inch version for just $738.

The new iPad Air features the M2 chip, which makes it fast enough for everyday productivity and lets it handle more than just entertainment. The screen is bright and sharp, and the camera has thankfully been moved to the edge of the landscape.

Apple

Back in May, Apple launched two sizes of the new iPad Pro, each featuring the latest M4 chip. Currently, the Pro tablet is the only Apple hardware to feature the company’s latest chip. You can pick up the 11-inch iPad Pro with 256GB of storage for $919 right now, which is down from its list price of $999.

The 13-inch model with the same capacity is $1,198 instead of $1,299. Before that, the biggest discounts we saw were $70 and $100 off the two models, respectively. We were impressed by the iPad Pro’s incredible display and incredibly powerful performance, as you can see in our review, but we called it “prohibitively expensive.” This discount might change things a bit.

The iPad mini is the smallest tablet in Apple’s lineup (it also wasn’t replaced this year), and Amazon has now dropped its price to $380. The lowest price we’ve tracked before was $380 in last year’s sale, and the list price is $499. The Mini is our pick for one-handed use in our iPad guide, and it’s the best choice for those who want something they can easily toss in a bag or use as a high-performance e-reader.

Apple’s 9th-generation iPad was technically discontinued after the new iPads launched last May. But it’s still available on Amazon and now costs just $249.

This was our previous pick for a budget iPad model, but we’ve since changed that recommendation to the iPad 10th generation. Still, if you want a great price on an Apple tablet, this is one to consider. I bought one for my kid after getting tired of (his complaints about) the poor performance of his cheaper tablet. I’m a fan of the parent-set screen time limits and the fast processing that’s fast enough to keep him happy no matter how much Minecraft he plays.

The Apple AirTag is our pick for a Bluetooth tracker for iPhone users. It taps into Apple’s vast Find My network to track down missing items, calling nearby iPhones to anonymously ping and triangulate the location. Right now, a single tag costs $24 instead of the $29 list price.

If you’re buying one of Apple’s new iPads and want a compatible Apple Pencil, you’ll need the Apple Pencil Pro or the Apple Pencil USB-C. The Apple Pencil Pro is currently $109, a new record low. It adds new features like compression, rolling, and haptic feedback, and can charge by attaching magnetically to the side of the new iPad models. Just note that it’s only compatible with new models.

The Apple Pencil USB-C is currently $69. This one only charges via USB-C, but can attach magnetically for storage. It works with the new iPad Air and Pro models as well as previous-generation iPad models, which you can check out here . The second-generation Apple Pencil works with the most recent previous-generation iPads and lets you store and charge the pencil magnetically on the side of your tablet.

Apple’s Studio Display is currently on sale for $1,300 for the tilt-adjustable models with standard (non-nano-textured) glass. That matches the lowest price we’ve seen earlier this year.

We gave the Apple Studio Monitor an 80 in our 2022 review thanks to its build quality, good audio quality, and bright, sharp display. It only has a 60Hz refresh rate (which is pretty low these days) and the webcam was mediocre. But if you’re an Apple fan, you’ll really appreciate its 5K LCD monitor with a 27-inch, 2880p display that supports 1 billion colors. It can also provide 96W charging to your MacBook for a cleaner desk.

10 years ago, Apple bought Beats Electronics. Now, all Beats headphones and earphones are technically Apple products. The Beats Fit Pro headphones are currently on sale for $150. That’s $5 more than the lowest price we’ve seen.

These are our favorite earbuds for running. We like the Air-Pod-like features, like hands-free Siri, but these are much better suited for runs and intense workouts thanks to the wings that hold them (comfortably) in place.
