Antonio Brown made his first public appearance Monday night after his outburst and departure in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game against the New York Jets.

Brown was in a Brooklyn Nets game while his team status is still on the line. He was spotted at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, as the Nets faced the Memphis Grizzlies. He appeared to be wearing a blue and white tracksuit with sunglasses and a big chain around his neck.

It’s unclear whether Brown will still be on the Buccaneers’ roster following his departure amid the team’s victory over the Jets. He threw some of his gear into the stands and gave fans a sign of peace before jumping into the tunnel and never returning.

Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians said Brown was “no longer a Buc”. But on Monday, the transaction process didn’t seem as complete as Arians made it appear.

When questioned on Monday, he said it was up to chief executive Jason Licht to make the decision. According to ESPN, the Buccaneers were discussing with the NFL how to move forward with Brown’s situation. The wide catcher is sure to face some sort of NFL discipline.

Details surrounding the incident have not yet been released. Reports indicated that Brown was concerned about his ankle and did not want to play. Arians said Brown never told him he was injured and added the two had a “conversation” and the player left the pitch. The Arians did not say what the conversation was about.
