Absent radical change, it is not just Jews but all Americans who will bear the brunt of the handover of schools to those who would destroy the very civilization from which they came.
Our elite academic institutions – and shamefully, my alma mater, which, at its literal core, its basic curriculum, demands the study of a Western canon that contains the ideas of liberty and justice and emphasizes the pursuit of virtue and excellence, on which America was founded – have for decades been petri dishes of left-wing radicalism that reject these noble ideals.
Hatred of Jews has in recent decades become a central element of this radicalism, largely due to the intersecting ideologies and interests of the Western left and Islamic supremacists – the subject of my book which predicted the crises of after October. 7 America, “American Ungrateful: Ilhan Omar and the Progressive-Islamist Takeover of the Democratic Party.”

Leftists and Islamic supremacists are a perfect duo, both wanting to overthrow the free world and replace it with their totalitarian visions, with hatred of Jews being the glue that binds them.
It was enough that Israel dared to respond to the Holocaust in one day perpetrated by Hamas on October 7 for this reality to explode into the public eye.

For years, elite schools have on the one hand punished every microaggression and canceled every speaker who dared express a dissenting point of view from mainstream progressive orthodoxy, while on the other hand refusing to enforce their rules, regulations and codes of conduct to offending protected cohorts. at the parade.

Schools obviously don’t believe in disciplining those with the “right” opinions – which is consistent with their broader anti-disciplinary tendency.

But those who created the problems in these schools and in government will not be the ones to solve them.
If Americans do not use every lever of their power to force change in personnel and policy – frankly from K-12 – Jews and non-Jews will pay the price.
Today’s students who support Hamas – which has American blood on its hands, as do other proxies of an Iranian regime that the Biden administration has gone out of its way to appease – are the officers of the State Department of Tomorrow.
In fact, judging by the fight sessions at Foggy Bottom – and more broadly by nearly 12 years of Obama-Biden politics – Washington is already dominated by graduated versions of these ideologues.
