Megan Marie Weaver, 31, has been charged with inappropriate relationship with a student. According to billing documents, Weaver was an English teacher at Langham Creek High School. She quit on April 13, according to the Cy-Fair Independent School District.

According to court information, on or around November 20, 2021, Weaver had sex with a Langham Creek High School student in her home.

Records show that on March 23, the university was made aware of the relationship after another student informed his professor that there was a “predatory” professor having several affairs with students. The student allegedly informed the headmaster of the university that another student had told her that a boy she was courting had told her that he had allegedly ‘met’ with a teacher.

According to court documents, the university investigated one of the academics who reported the data. The student said the boy told him that he and Weaver started talking on Snapchat and allegedly had sex. The student said he told her that he and Weaver drank alcoholic beverages and then had sex. He reportedly confirmed a photograph of the accused teacher.

According to court information, university officers visited the home of the scholar’s father and mother. The student concerned initially denied having a relationship with the teacher, but later admitted to the relationship and how it started, according to the paperwork. He said he paid Weaver little compliments to let him know he was. Then, he mentioned one weekend night Weaver allegedly called him through Remind 101, a messaging system used by speakers. He said it was before Thanksgiving in 2021. He said when she called, she was allegedly drunk and just engaged in a fight with her husband.

According to the documents, the scholar mentioned that it was the night they set a date for him to visit her house. He said the next day Weaver called her and told her he couldn’t tell anyone the name of the phone, but she would have avoided calling through Remind 101. He said that sooner or later Weaver had her. invited to her home. He said that when he went to Weaver’s home, she first told him “I have a rule – no sex”, information present. He mentioned that they had started drinking tequila and after a few drinks later she told him “Okay, one kiss”, which led to the two having sex in his bedroom.

During the investigation, the researcher’s phone bill confirmed multiple calls from October 30 to December 21 between Weaver and the researcher, according to court filings.

Several other students were asked about Weaver’s relationship with the scholar, where they also said that Weaver would have the boys in his class hand out the available information.

Investigators said they have sufficient evidence to file costs against Weaver.

In March, KPRC 2 obtained a press release from the Cy-Fair Independent School District regarding the incident:
