Anne Heche’s ex Thomas Jane files claim against his estate for $150,000 loan

Anne Heche’s ex-boyfriend, Thomas Jane, has filed a lawsuit against the late actress’ estate over an unpaid loan of $150,000.
In court documents obtained by People, Jane, 53, claims the multiple Emmy award winner borrowed $157,000 from her before her death in August.
The lawsuit alleges Heche, who died at 53, agreed to repay the money in monthly installments of $10,000 beginning in August 2021.
According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Jane’s attorneys allege the late actress failed to repay him the full amount – and claim he still owes $149,106.04. He is also looking for $18.77 a day with growing interest.
Jane alleged that her former “Hung” co-star had “made no further payments” after the first two installments.
The filing says Heche was to update “The Punisher” actor on upcoming professional work.
The Post has contacted Heche’s estate for comment.
Page Six previously revealed the couple’s relationship in April 2019.
Heche tragically passed away earlier this year following a horrific accident. She never regained consciousness after crashing her blue Mini Cooper into a Los Angeles home on August 5.
Heche fell into a coma shortly after the crash and remained in critical condition until she was taken off life support.
Following news of his death, Jane offered her “thoughts and prayers” in a statement to the Daily Mail.
