An Israeli soldier organized in Gaza was released in the third phase of a cease-fire and captive exchange contract between Israel and Hamas.
The release of Agam Berger took place on Thursday when it emerged from the rubble from the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza which has been targeted several times by Israeli forces since its launch of the war against Gaza in October 2023.
Berger was the first of the eight captives that should be released today, including five Thai nationals.
The release of captives will take place Thursday in places in Gaza, especially apart from what was the house of the former political leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, in the southern city of Khan Younis.
