Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are talking about getting married
Amy Robach and TJ Holmes have been candid about taking their relationship to the next level.
The former “Good Morning America 3” co-anchors revealed they discussed the possibility of marriage during Sunday’s episode of their podcast “Amy & TJ.”
“We haven’t figured out the marriage thing yet,” Robach said as Holmes interjected, “We haven’t decided whether or not we’re going to get officially married.”
Robach, 51, added that she was looking for a “life partner” in her boyfriend, adding that they agreed to “commit to each other” mentally and emotionally.

“What is a life partner without a legally binding agreement?” Can you have a life partner without it? Holmes, 46, interviewed.
“You can,” she replied.
The mother of two long-term partners, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell – who have been together since 1983 – is an example of a successful relationship without being legally married.
“I’m sure of it and I know it’s not perfect. But I have always been impressed that every day they wake up and choose to be together, there is no binding legal (sic) document that says they have to be together,” she said. she adds.
Robach added that getting married is “a false security blanket,” although she still sees the possibility of marriage to Holmes.
“It’s always that by default in my head,” she told Holmes.
“I just admit it, and I’m not saying it makes sense…There’s something where I feel if I can say ‘he’s my husband and I’m his wife,’ it feels more official and it seems more real. even though that’s not necessarily the case because we’ve lived enough life to know that that’s not the case.
Although the topic of marriage is still on the table, the couple is more focused on moving in together.
“But we did it, I told you, and I believe you told me too that I want to be with you for the rest of my life, and I would like to live with you when the time comes. “, continued Robach.
“It doesn’t have to be today, tomorrow, or next year, but I would like to live with you one day.”
However, their relationship would not change when they took this step since they would “never” be separated.
“We work together and we prepare the work together,” Robach added. “I just think we’re so used to being together all the time. It wouldn’t change anything. »
The two have been together since November 2022, when their romance fizzled out, costing them their jobs at “GMA3.”
At the time, Robach was married to her ex-husband Andrew Shue while Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig.
Both Holmes and Robach filed for divorce from their respective spouses in December 2022.
In December 2023, Page Six exclusively revealed that Shue and Fieberg had been dating for six months after bonding over the traumatic experience of the affair.
Sources tell us the two were “fully together and engaged” when they were spotted taking a romantic stroll in New York last month.
