American flea manufacturers fear giving in the Chinese AI market to Huawei

The semiconductor industry has put pressure on two presidential administrations to go slowly with restrictions on the sale of cutting-edge computer flea in China. Jensen Huang, Managing Director of Nvidia, the first manufacturer of artificial intelligence chips in the world, even went to Mar-A-Lago this month to discuss politics with President Trump.

But with the Trump administration putting new borders on the sales of IA fleas this week, it is clear that the decline in industry has failed. The repercussions triggered a race among flea manufacturers to reset the expectations of a future with fewer sales in China and have sparked fears that their retirement could transform the Chinese giant of Huawei technology into a world of flea manufacturing power.

The Trump administration said on Tuesday that it was taking measures to restrict the sale of IA fleas by Nvidia, the advanced and Intel micro-apparements. The repression has essentially closed the door to a rapidly growing company in China, which buys more tokens than any other country.

During the two days following the end of the limits, the shares of Nvidia, the first manufacturer of AI chips in the world, dropped by 8.4%. AMD shares dropped by 7.4% and that of Intel fell 6.8%.

“For the American semiconductor industry, China is gone,” said Handel Jones, semiconductor consultant at International Business Strategies, who advises electronic companies. It provides that Chinese companies will have a majority share of fleas in all the main categories in China by 2030.

The challenges of American companies reflect the way in which American-Chinese tensions reorganize the world economy. For years, American companies have created and designed many best -selling products in the world, while counting on China to produce most of them and buy a lot.
