Allison Holker’s NDA, signed by members of her late husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’s family, reportedly prevents them from profiting from her life story.
As the Boss family prepares to challenge Holker over the allegations contained in his upcoming book, TMZ reports that the NDA guarantees that Holker would be the sole beneficiary of any financial gains from his name.
The agreement, which was reportedly presented to members of Twitch’s family before they could attend his funeral, prevents them from profiting from interviews, books, articles or media projects related to him.
Whoever signed the deal must remit all revenue from these projects to Holker, ensuring that she is the only one who can benefit financially from her story.
Despite the NDA, tWitch’s family publicly criticized Holker for promoting her book, accusing her of portraying it in a negative light, including allegations of drug use, and calling her a “money-hungry opportunist » who exploits his memory for personal ends.
However, Holker has always said that 100% of the profits from her book will be donated to the Move with Kindness Foundation, which she created in honor of tWitch.

DailMail.com can exclusively report that the late dancer’s family is “preparing to fight back.”
A source close to the family revealed that “tWitch’s family is preparing to retaliate against Allison after she posted these scathing allegations about her.”
“The family disapproves of what she said and will call out untruths.”
The family also “did not receive an advance copy” of his book and “have to wait for the book to be published like everyone else,” the source said.
Allison’s book, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, is set to be released on February 4, and that’s when the family will be able to read everything that has been written about their loved one .
“Once the memoir is released next month, the family plans to issue another statement after reading all the allegations written about them,” the source claimed.
“They don’t believe she’s telling the whole truth and instead that she has misled the public.”
The source continued, “The family is excited and won’t sit idly by for much longer, especially after what she put them through.

The source went on to explain that, at the moment, they are not able to say too much because they are unsure of the limits of speech given that they and their family were “forced to sign an NDA” following Twitch’s death on December 13. 2022.

On Thursday, tWitch’s mother, Connie Boss Alexander, posted a statement on Instagram regarding the “misleading and hurtful claims” made about her son.
She said the family was “absolutely appalled” and “the untruths about Stephen had exceeded all bounds of decency”.
Boss’s family claimed that Allison “refuses” to let the Boss family see the Twitch kids.
Stephen’s cousin spoke out about X, calling Allison a “crazy woman” who “tried to tarnish his legacy” and “exploit” him.
Her cousin also said she was “tired” of keeping her mouth shut because of the family drama with Allison.
“As a mother, I will not let these accusations go unanswered. We will not stand idly by while his name and legacy are tarnished. He doesn’t deserve this, and kids don’t deserve this,” she wrote.
“For the past two years, I have remained silent and out of the public eye to protect my family. My main goal has been to heal and try to stay connected with my grandchildren.
“But when I read these terrible claims about my baby, our beloved Stephen, I realized I could no longer remain silent. Our family will ensure his name and memory are protected, and we stand let us commit to defending his honor.
Best known as a DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Boss was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a Los Angeles motel at the age of 40.
In an interview with People magazine, Boss’s widow revealed that she went through her journals in order to find a sense of clarity and discovered a very painful secret that she said was hidden even from those closest to her.
She claimed her diary notes alluded to sexual abuse by a male figure during her childhood.
She also said she discovered a “cornucopia” of drugs, including mushrooms, pills and “other substances I had to look up on my phone” that were hidden in her shoeboxes.
“That was a really triggering moment for me because there were a lot of things I discovered in our closet that I didn’t know existed. It was very alarming for me to learn that there was so much going on that I had no idea about,” Allison, 36, said.
The late choreographer, pictured with his mother Connie, died aged 40 in December 2022 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The boss’ mother, Connie, released a statement on January 9, saying the family was “absolutely appalled by the misleading and hurtful claims.”
Stephen is survived by his three children: Weslie, 16, Maddox, 8, and Zaia, 5.
One of Boss’ cousins previously took to X to call Allison a “crazy woman” who is “trying to tarnish his legacy” and claimed she “refused” to let the Boss family see Twitch and the Allison’s children – Weslie, 16, Maddox, 8, and Zaia, 5.
The cousin, who goes by “Big Elle” on X, continued: “I’m so tired of keeping my f***ing mouth shut bro. You have done so much harm to our family.
Meanwhile, Boss’ brother Dré Rose reposted ex-friend Allison’s Instagram post, commenting: “No lies told…”
He then shared another friend’s Instagram story on his profile, which read: “It’s a shame and a despicable human being to do this to a grieving family.”
Courtney Ann Platt, Allison’s ex-friend, criticized the book and its press as “by far the most cheesy, classless, opportunistic act I have ever seen in my entire life.”
She also claimed that the former Dancing With the Stars professional had people sign nondisclosure agreements to attend his funeral.
Courtney then criticized Allison for writing and posting “all the dirty laundry that stained his name and attempted to dim the bright, loyal, loving light that was your husband, my friend.”
She also criticized the widow for “shamelessly sharing the pages” of her late husband’s diary.

Allison said the goal of her memoir was for other people to “spot some (of) the red flags that I missed before it was too late.”
“This smear campaign for money is absolutely not what he would have ever wanted. No matter how much he suffered. Not for a second. You are a living, breathing bulldozer. Stay true to your own demons .Shame on you Allison, shame on your money hungry team May my friend rest in peace, this is not your PR,” she wrote on Instagram.
On Wednesday, in response to the backlash, Allison stressed that her “only intention” in writing her 240-page memoir was for other people to “spot some of (the) red flags that I missed before it It’s not too late.”
“I hope we don’t have to lose another husband, brother, father or friend to suicide,” she wrote via her Instagram Story.
“I believe if Stephen could choose, he would choose to have his story told if it meant saving even one life. Much love to everyone who has supported our family for many years.
The Minnesota-born dancer said she is “donating all proceeds” from the book to her mental health-focused foundation, Move with Kindness, which she created in Stephen’s honor.
