The family said on Friday that “courageous individuals” helped save the arenas of the vehicle on fire. A person who helped arenas remembers having heard “hitting the car window, but I couldn’t see anything because the smoke was so thick,” said the family’s declaration. “It was then that I realized that someone was inside. I tried to break the window, but it wouldn’t give. Then I saw that one of the windows was cracked just enough and we used everything we had to fold it to remove it. The car was on fire. We just knew we had to get him out. ”
The family congratulated “this act of courage, as well as the incredible desire of Alijah to survive”, calling it “nothing less than miraculous”.
A video of the scene after the post-Crash morning, obtained by TMZ, showed arenas lying down down in the street in a few centimeters of water while the broken bolts pulverized water in the air. In the background, a person shouts on Arenas several times to “wake up”.
Arenas was “stable” after being taken to the hospital, according to LAPD officer Rosario Cervantes. It was intubated and placed in a medically induced coma, which is a common step in the treatment of severe smoke inhalation.
Drugs and alcohol were not suspected of being a factor in the accident, a source knowing the investigation of the unauthorized accident to discuss it publicly said Times publicly.
The Cybertruck was still wrapped around a tree of hours after the accident, with a “parking -free” panel crumpled between the vehicle and the tree. The windshield was broken, while the vestiges with a deployed airbag dragged through the driver’s side window. Metal and plastic guys were scattered around the accident site.
After being withdrawn from the scene, the Cybertruck again caught fire in a nearby chassis, an unauthorized incident to discuss it publicly said Times publicly.
Arenas was joined at the hospital by her mother, Laura Govan; Father, Gilbert Arenas; siblings; and an extended family.
“The family continues to request prayers and public support while their baby miracle turns to complete recovery,” said the statement, thanking the Alijah Arenas medical team for “exceptional care”.
