President Donald Trump had a seemingly scatological reaction to the nationwide “No Kings” protests against him on Saturday.
In an AI-generated video that Trump shared on his Truth Social platform on Saturday evening, the US president is depicted as a king in a fighter jet dropping what appears to be a large amount of fecal matter on protesters below. In the 19-second video, the president is in a fighter jet marked “King Trump” and he wears a crown while sitting in the cockpit. (The oxygen mask “King Trump” wears does not fully cover his nose and mouth.)
In the video, “King Trump” appears to fly his plane over New York, after which he drops a brown mud bomb on protesters in the streets below him. The video is set to “Danger Zone,” Kenny Loggins’ hit song from “Top Gun.”
A watermark in the video indicates that it was created by someone with the handle @xerias_x. An account on X (aka Twitter) with that name, whose profile picture shows Trump as Pepe the Frog, posted the video earlier Saturday.
Here is footage from the “King Trump” AI excrement bombing clip:
Among other videos Trump shared Saturday on Truth Social was one originally posted earlier in the day on BlueSky by Vice President JD Vance that shows Trump placing a crown on his own head and then drawing a sword. This one is set to the song “Hail to the King” by the heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold.
Meanwhile, the official White House account the
“We are built differently. Good night everyone. 👑,” reads the caption of the White House post.
On Saturday, October 18, nearly 7 million people participated in more than 2,700 “No Kings” protests in all 50 states, CNN reported. Celebrities including Mark Ruffalo, Jimmy Kimmel, Robert De Niro and Glenn Close have shared their support for protests against the Trump administration’s actions.
This is the latest weird AI-generated meme that Trump has posted on social media over the years.
In May, Trump shared an AI-generated image of himself dressed as a pope, following the death of Pope Francis on April 21 (and days before the election of Chicago-born Pope Leo XIV). On May 4 of this year, aka “Star Wars Day,” the White House released an AI-generated image of Trump in the form of a muscular Jedi (although the president’s lightsaber is red, signifying the hateful, power-mad dark side of the Force in the Star Wars universe).
In February, Trump shared an AI-generated video showing the war-torn Gaza Strip transformed into the “Trump Gaza” resort, which, among other scenes, showed Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sitting shirtless by a swimming pool.
Ahead of the 2024 US presidential election, Trump posted a series of AI-generated images falsely claiming that Taylor Swift had endorsed him for president, including one depicting the singer as Uncle Sam overlaid with a message saying “Taylor wants you to vote for Donald Trump”. Last summer, Trump also shared a photoshopped photo of himself as Superman alongside various associates as DC superheroes.
