The Arizona cardinals make the highest well -paid Bowler Pro Trey McBride player in the history of the NFL with an extension of $ 76 million over four years, Mike Swenson, CJ Laboy and Doug Hendrickson agents told Adam Schefter of ESPN on Thursday.
The agreement includes $ 43 million guaranteed and an average of $ 19 million a year, the highest of all time for a tight end of the NFL.
Travis Kelce, the heads of Kansas City, previously held the highest average per year for a close end to $ 17.125 million, according to the list management system.
The cardinals announced the extension of four years of McBride but did not disclose financial conditions.
McBride, 25, has established careers in career with 111 receptions and 1,146 yards last season. He also marked three affected (two receivers).
