AG Garland Rebukes GOP Contempt Efforts Over Biden-Hur Tapings

Attorney General Merrick Garland took questions from reporters Thursday as two Republican-led House committees consider a contempt of Congress resolution against him. Garland defied committee requests for audio recordings of former special counsel Robert Hur’s interview with President Biden as part of an investigation into classified documents.
