Yes, according to reports, they demanded Rs 5 crore for using film clips in his documentary. They reportedly said that clips from their film had been used without authorization.
However, the makers also clarified that the news is false. They confirmed that they had granted the actress permission to use the images. The news of the legal action by the makers of Chandramukhi was shared by actor Chitra Lakshman on her YouTube channel.
