“Adolescence” “hit hard,” said British Prime Minister Keir Starmer

Adolescence was a winner of the world’s assessments for Netflix, but the series of Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham also made political waves in the United Kingdom.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer revealed that he had watched the series with his adolescent children and his themes on societal pressures for young people “hit hard at home”.
