Adele Pulls Hilarious Revenge Prank on Tabloids With Her Own Newspaper

Rumor has it that Adele has an incredible sense of humor.

The 36-year-old singer poked fun at the media coverage of herself by creating her own parody tabloid, The Times of SaturnIn a September 5 Instagram post, Adele shared five fake newspaper covers that hilariously weighed in on her personal life and viral moments from her concerts in Munich, Germany.

“After years of putting up with the tabloids, I decided to join them and create my own songs,” the Grammy winner wrote. “When I tell you it was a highlight of my week to write and create these songs every Sunday after shows… I think I missed my true calling!”

Adele has just wrapped up her 10-night German residency, during which she performed in front of more than 730,000 fans in a stadium built especially for her and made countless headlines along the way.

The “Rolling in the Deep” singer joked that her tabloid prank was “a friendly joke” on herself “and real people.”

She added: “It’s really fun to write absolute nonsense!”
