The “Hello” singer spoke to her fans about her postponed concert and apologized to the audience.
“I’m so sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment I’ve caused, but we’re here tonight and together,” Adele apologized, according to Variety.

Despite the concert being postponed for nine months, she added that “it was the best decision I have ever made”.

On her busy first night on her “Weekends with Adele” tour, she thanked Caesar’s Palace Colosseum for supporting her since she postponed the dates.

“I would really like to thank Caesars because there’s been a lot of sh– written about me since I canceled those shows,” Adele said, according to the outlet.

“Ninety percent of it is completely dialed, but not once [Caesars] ask questions,” she continued.

“I’m very emotional, incredibly nervous, but I can’t sit still because I’m so excited,” the “Rumor Has It” singer said Friday.
Adele’s pre-performance jitters came months after the postponement of her shows, which were due to launch in January.
“Hi. Listen, I’m so sorry, but my show isn’t ready,” the singer said in an emotional video statement at the time.

“We tried absolutely everything we could to get it up and running on time and to get it good enough for you, but we were absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID.”
