The marine layer will expand and refill overnight, so tomorrow morning the sky will be gray, then the sun will clear. A mild to warm afternoon is expected with near average temperatures. It will become windy and cooler on Sunday for the start of September. Some areas will drop below average for a day. Slightly milder weather is expected for Labor Day with lots of sunshine.

Warm, summery weather returns after the holidays with triple-digit temperatures inland for several days. It will also be warm around the bay and on the coast.
