A man of Vista pleaded not guilty of murder on Friday, two days after having barricaded himself in his home with the corpse of the victim, which caused a dead end of Swat of several hours.
Malcolm Pope, 26, is also accused of having used a knife in the attack, according to the complaint filed by the Vista Superior Court.
The court documents lists the name of the victim as Mireya Pope, who is the name of the 60 -year -old man of the man.
