A man whistled for 24 hours straight

RETRO DISCOVERY: Man Sets Record With 24-Hour Marathon Whistling

In 1983, David Hall started whistling and never stopped.

Dave Hall calls himself the human flute. We all have an instrument built into our system and it’s what I consider a whistling instrument. Dave is in tune with the wind and things that fly. Dave has fun, he spreads the fun, whether it’s selling frisbees, which is his job or whistling, which is his hobby. Ever since I was a little kid, I decided it would be really cool to be in the Guinness Book of World Records. And I never really found anything that suited me until last year. What we didn’t tell you is that Dave Hall is also a dreamer. Alright, guys, everyone at home join in now because we’re going to help the happy whistler. David Hall. We hope that said Guinness Book of World Records record, *** the San Francisco talk show hosted the Whistle Off on April 1st. The joke was meant for the skeptics who knew Dave couldn’t last 24 hours. Come on, what they didn’t know is that Dave had been practicing for the event for months before he did it when he got on board. Bart. He says it’s the perfect place to practice. My name is Harpo, the jolly whistler. And I’m here to entertain you this afternoon. He’s like a cosmic Harpo, except this Harpo talks in whistles and travels with his audience. Some are left uninspired. Others are just blown away. People expect something exciting on the train because it’s usually a sterile AAA environment, you know, the usual, and there’s something about the sound that’s so delicious. I can feel it getting people excited. Thank you. Thank you very much. I was so high and so sure of myself that it’s never going to happen. I think it wasn’t going to happen after 24 hours, Dave finally hit his target. 321. All right, Dave Hall from Davis has earned a *** place in the record books after it got all over his mouth and his jaw hurt, but at least the champagne was sweet.
