A quiet suburban neighborhood has been sealed off following the grim discovery of a man clinging to life before later dying in hospital.
Emergency services were called to Edwardstown in Adelaide city center on Sunday evening after a man was found lying in the middle of the street.
He was rushed to Flinders Medical Center in critical condition, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The man’s death is being treated as suspicious.
Detectives spent the night interviewing neighbors and remained at the cordoned off crime scene Monday morning.
