Jerusalem (Vinnews) – Islamic jihad published a short clip of the two members of Kibbutz Nir Oz who were kidnapped on October 7, 2023 and should be released Thursday 482 days later. The two, 80 years old, Gadi Moses and Arbel Yahud, 29, were delighted to see each other after such a long period of time, and hugged happily.

Moses, the father of three children and a ten-year-old grandfather, is the last member of his family still in captivity, after five other members were released in November 2023 during the previous phase of the release of hostages. Yahud was kidnapped with her boyfriend Ariel Konio who is still held by Hamas. His brother Dolav Yehud, a volunteer from United Hatzalah who treated the wounded during the massacre on October 7, was murdered the same day by Hamas.
