Anthony Elaga provided fans with an overview of the day’s experience for a Premier League footballer after sharing a vlog of his day after beating Man United.
The Swedish international was the Matchwinner of Nottingham Forest during their clash Tuesday evening after providing a neat finish after a lung stroke to seal a 1-0 victory for his team.
He scored yet another performance for Elanga, who spent nine years in United, when he continues to raise his game every day.
Now, the 22 -year -old has offered an understanding in the preparations he undergoes before each match day after sharing a vlog on Tiktok with his fans.
Elaga started the video as soon as he woke up, just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning before getting up and getting started with a typical morning routine.
The forest star shared clips of itself by brushing their teeth in its bathroom – interrupted with a quick dance – before participating in a morning prayer in his house.

After that, Elaga took to the bottom where a friend had started to prepare breakfast for him and his girlfriend China Navana – who took place just after 10am.
