A bunch of sleepy games are about to come to Game Pass

May is shaping up to be a very, very good month for Xbox Game Pass, with some sleeper hits, like the magical FPS. Immortals of Aveumand new games, like The Saga of Senua: Hellblade II, Coming soon. And I bet Xbox is happy to have some good news to share right now, after the last few months.

May 14, as Xbox does every month, the company has announced all the games coming to Game Pass over the next few weeks. The headliner of the month is definitely The Saga of Senua: Hellblade IIa great Xbox and Ninja Theory exclusive and the sequel to that of 2017 Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. This great action game will launch on Game Pass on May 21.

However, beyond Hellblade II, This month’s Xbox Game Pass lineup is full of real gems, including some games released last year that were overshadowed by the flood of great releases we saw in 2023.

Here is the full list of upcoming games Xbox Game Pass in May and early June:

  • Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons – Available today
  • Songs of SennaarMay 15
  • EA Sports NHL 24 – May 16
  • Immortals of AveumMay 16
  • The Saga of Senua: Hellblade II – May 21
  • Galactic May 23
  • Hauntii – May 23
  • Moving 2 – May 28
  • Humanity – May 30
  • Lords of the Fallen – May 30
  • Fireworks – June 4
  • Hills – June 4

Still, the universe (and Microsoft) takes what it gives, and so six games are leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of May. As always, you can purchase these games at a 20% discount if you’re a Game Pass subscriber and want to continue playing them after they’re removed.

Here’s the full list of titles leaving the subscription service on May 31:

  • Chicory: a colorful story
  • Pioneers of the distant world
  • JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle of the Stars
  • Pac-Man Plus Museum
  • Little witch in the woods
  • Railway Empire II
