A 1930s law excludes foreign sunscreens that might be more effective from American shelves

There is growing concern that sunscreens made outside the United States may be more effective than products made in the United States. But a law dating from the 1930s excludes these other sunscreens from American shelves. Manuel Bojorquez has the story.
