A 14-year-old boy was almost stabbed in a brutal attack in New York
A 14-year-old boy was brutally assaulted by a group of young men in broad daylight on Wednesday in New York.
Bystander cellphone footage shows one of the assailants attempting to stab the victim with a knife.
It is not known where and when this happened. But a gang of kids attacked another kid. One of the children pulls a knife at the child, unsure if the child is stabbed.

According to the NYPD, the attack happened around 3:30 p.m. near Thomas Avenue and 31st Street in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens. The incident occurred near LaGuardia Community College, the Daily mail Noted.
The 14-year-old boy is first seen fighting an unidentified man before several others join in the attack on the victim as the fight spills from the sidewalk into the street.
The NYPD says five “unknown” men punched the victim multiple times in the head and body. The teenager suffered minor bruises and lacerations to his ears and arms.
At one point in the fight, one of the assailants is seen brandishing a knife and attempting to stab the victim. However, the victim did not receive any stab wounds, according to the police.
The NYPD says no one involved in the fight has been identified or arrested and the investigation is still ongoing.
The violent brawl comes as major crime has increased in the Big Apple over the past year. According to NYPD crime statistics, crime is up 25.5% citywide since last year.
Additionally, felony assaults increased by 13%, robbery by 28.2%, robbery by 31.6% and transit offenses by 31.8%.
