Angel Reese offered a very common answer on Monday to a question from Caitlin Clark while the Heaven of Chicago held his media day.
A year ago, when Reese and Clark entered the WNBA as recruits, the former LSU star condemned the idea that Clark was the only one to drive ocular globes to the League.
“I’m going to look back in 20 years and be the reason why we look at women’s basketball is not only because of a person,” she said. “It is because of me too. I want you to realize me.
And this week, a journalist was quickly closed by Reese when he tried to ask him questions about these remarks, and if they resisted.
After paraphrasing Reese’s remarks, the journalist said: “A year later, you feel like you were …” before he was cut.
“Next question,” said Reese.

The couple, who both made the WNBA All-Star team during the first opportunities, has been opposed to each other since their LSU and Iowa team has faced the 2023 national championship.
Then, while the clock found itself on a LSU victory, Reese Nargua sadly Clark when she showed her annular while standing just in front of the sniper.
Clark then got the better of his teammates from Reese and Sady Tigers when Iowa beat them the following year in Elite Eight, with Clark marking 41 points.
The couple remained entangled to a certain extent once they made the pros jump, while Reese applauded when his Sky teammate, Chennedy Carter, checked Clark on the ground.
