A Mississippi man was charged after having crushed his vehicle through the front door of the Bel-Air house in Jennifer Aniston on Monday.
The Los Angeles County District Prosecutor Nathan J. Hochman charged Jimmy Wayne Carwyle from a chief of accusation of harassment and criminal vandalism. He also faces an aggravating circumstance of the threat of bodily harm.
“Harassment is a crime that can quickly increase from harassment to dangerous and violent actions, threatening the security of victims and our communities,” Hochman wrote in a statement on Wednesday. “My office has undertaken to prosecute those who tram and terrorize others, by ensuring that they are held responsible.”
Carwyle is accused of having repeatedly harassed the actress winner of an EMMY between March 1, 2023 and May 5, 2025, sending her messages, vocal messages and unwanted e-mails, according to the District Prosecutor’s Office.
Monday, just before 12:30 p.m., Carwyle would have crushed his vehicle through the door of Aniston, causing significant damage. He then stopped in his driveway before being arrested by his security officer until the police arrived.
Carwyle’s indictment is scheduled for Thursday. Prosecutors intend to request that the legal deposit be set at $ 150,000. If he was found guilty of his accusations, he risks three years in state prison.
