The devastating consequences of the Brett Favre sexual harassment scandal in 2010 are presented in a next Netflix documentary on the personal difficulties of the quarter-Arrière.
“Brett Favre finally destroyed my life,” said Jenn Sterger, his accuser, in a recent promo for “Untold: The Fall of Favre”.
In 2008, Sterger accepted a media position as a “gameday host” of the New York jets when she drew the attention of the Favre, which was at the twilight of her career at 39 years old.
“I was in a match and someone said Brett Favre wanted my phone number,” she told Netflix. ‘And I kept saying,’ ‘no.’ ”
Sterger then added: “When someone shows you who it is, believe it.”
In 2010, Sterger and Favre had jets when naked photos were sent by the quarter-Arrière to the younger television over-ended on Deadspin. But although he later admitted to having left the voice messages to sterger, he denied the NFL investigators that he ever sent obscene photographs.

In the end, Favre was sentenced to a fine of $ 50,000 for omitting to cooperate with the NFL survey. Officially, the League has never proven that it was Favre who sent the photos to Sterger, so he was not tried in violation of the NFL personal conduct policy.
“There are many reasons why you could question Brett Favre’s inner goodness,” said the legendary NFL journalist Peter King said in the Netflix clip.
Of course, Favre faced other allegations of misconduct, including its recent social protection scandal in Mississippi which led to six arrests after $ 94 million in alleged fraud were revealed by the state auditor.
Favre has never been charged, and although he denied having knowingly received social funds, he was forced to reimburse $ 1 million to the government.
The story is a bit complicated, but implies that the State Department of Social Services pays $ 1.1 million in social funds to a non -profit organization known as Mississippi Community Education Center. More specifically, the organization has twice paid into Enterprises for bleeders, “radio and promotional events and development of business partners”.
Favre has never made public appearances, and although he reimbursed the director, he and the State later went to court more than $ 200,000 in interest.
There was also an alleged plan to put $ 5 million in funding to a new volleyball stadium in Southern Miss, Alma Mater de Favre and the school where her daughter was doing sports at the time.

In addition, the text messages of the 2019 text from Favre to the Governor of Mississippi, Phil Bryant, surfaced, showing the legend of Green Bay packers requesting funding for the Southern Miss football team.
Bryant later said to Favre that they should “follow the law”.
“Oh .. Nowwwww, he was in trouble for inappropriate texts in 2022, when the Mississippi well-being scandal was revealed,” Tweeted Sterger at the time.
Favre is appointed in the state trial as a “larger external investor” in Prevacus, a biotechnology company called Odyssey Health, which then received $ 2.1 million in funds.
More recently, Favre – who fought against concussion as a player – presented himself with regard to the diagnosis of his parkinson.
“Unfortunately, I also lost an investment in a company that, in my opinion, I thought I thought I was thinking of helping others, and I am sure you will understand why it is too late for me because I recently received a diagnosis of Parkinson,” Favre to the legislators in 2024.
Again, Sterger was far from sympathetic, referring to the diagnosis as “Karma” in an Instagram post.
“I only wish bad things about anyone, but I know that Karma never forgets an address,” she wrote. “Imagine being diagnosed with such a terrible disease and not having the resources to fight it BC, a quarter of the renowned temple stole it?”
The Netflix documentary must be released on May 20.
